We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns for size or preference changes. Please double-check the size guide and details before placing an order.

Eligible Refunds

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, please email us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Include: order number, photos of the issue, and a clear explanation.

Refund Options

  • Full refund in case of major defect or wrong item.

  • Partial refund (20%-30%) for minor issues, subject to our team’s discretion.

  • No refund for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences (e.g. color appears slightly different, sizing misjudgment).
